Completed in 2022, the GTC comprises six towers, including the 184-meter GTC Office Tower, which is the tallest building in East Africa. It was designed by GAPP Architects and Urban Designers in collaboration with Triad Architects and completed in 2017 at a cost of KSh 8.8 billion

Cooperative Bank

Cooperative Bank House, is a notable landmark in Nairobi, Kenya. Completed in 1981, this 25-story skyscraper is located on Haile Selassie Avenue and serves as the headquarters for the Cooperative Bank of Kenya. Standing 83 meters (272 feet) tall, it is primarily used as an office space and showcases a solid yet elegant architectural design by Swiss architects. Its distinct structure contributes to Nairobi’s skyline and reflects Kenya’s growing prominence in commercial and financial sectors
